Kool FM’s Payroll Payoff Trips & Cash Edition Contest Rules and Regulations

- The Kool FM Payroll Payoff prize consists of either a) the opportunity to win $100 cash every hour between 9 am – 5 pm weekdays or b) one (1) of five (5) all-inclusive vacations to the sunny south courtesy of Transat and tripcenteral.ca.

- The registration portion for Kool FM’s Payroll Payoff contest begins at 8 am on Monday December 26th, 2016 and concludes at 4 pm on Friday February 3rd, 2017. Listeners can enter once for the duration of the contest. If it is discovered that a listener has entered more than once, all entries will be null and void. The contest itself will begin at 9 am on Tuesday January 3rd, 2017 and conclude when the final trip is given away at 8am on Monday February 6th, 2017.

- To successfully qualify for the Kool FM Payroll Payoff contest listeners need to sign up on-line at www.1075koolfm.com by filling out the entry form and call back within the allotted time frame (10 Minutes and 75 seconds) when their name is called at the top of every hour from 9 am up to and including 5 pm weekdays. If they successfully call back within the allotted time they are on the “Payroll” and will either choose between a) the Cash prize instantly winning $100 an hour until they’re knocked off, or b) a ballot into the weekly draw for an all-inclusive trip for two (2) to the sunny south. Once a contestant is successfully on the “Payroll” they will continue to be until they’re knocked off by another contestant.

- If a contestant fails to call back after their name is called they’re not qualified for the payroll payoff and the previous person who is on the “Payroll” will continue to earn a) $100 an hour if they selected the cash prize or b) ballots into the weekly draw until they’re knocked off by another player who successfully registered and called back within the allotted time frame.

- The contestant who is on the Payroll Payoff as of 5pm weekdays and takes the cash prize will carryover until the next contest occasion at 9am on the following business day.

- For contestants who forfeit the cash prize to receive a ballot into the weekly trip prize, the weekly grand prize draw will take place at 8am on Monday Morning during KOOL Mornings with Dale and Charlie. (January 9th) (January 16th) (January 23rd) (January 30th) and (February 6th) 2017.

- For a listener to be on the Payroll and be eligible for a) the cash prize $100 an hour or b) a ballot in the weekly trip draw they’ll need to be listening for their name. When it’s called, they’ll have 10 minutes and 75 seconds to call back. If they don’t call back before the timer expires, they forfeit the opportunity to be on the Payroll Payoff and Kool FM will not draw another name until the next hour. This process will be repeated at the top of each hour from 9 am to 5 pm weekdays. All contestants who fail to call back in time are entitled to have their names called again at a later date.

- 107.5 Kool FM is not responsible for a listener's inability to call due to service interruption, technical problems, the failure of telephone or electronic equipment or the inability of a listener to contact Kool FM for any reason whatsoever. The decisions of Kool FM are final and cannot be challenged.

- 107.5 Kool FM reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and make the changes effective retroactive. If after the contest has begun, changes or updates are made, the changes will be announced on the day the changes are made and available to view at 1075koolfm.com or the Kool FM offices at 431 Huronia Road Unit 10 Barrie Ontario.

- The Weekly Grand Prize trips are:

- One (1), 7 night All Inclusive holiday to Cayo Coco, Cuba for 2 adults.

- Includes the following:

- Roundtrip economy airfare from Toronto to Cayo Coco, Cuba

- 7 night accommodation at the Iberostar Daiquiri resort
