Representative Projects

Industry (A)

·  Created a new project management office with standard processes and documents applicable to all projects resulting in standardized reporting for upper management reporting.

·  Implemented new system change request process including a new change request tracking database, new communication processes between product and project teams, and consolidating process documents.

·  Developed and delivered training for new change request process for organization of 4500 people.

·  Developed business scenarios and testing scripts used to conduct a fit gap analysis of a new customer information systems application.

Healthcare

·  Designed and develop end user training for ERP end users in multiple sites across the continental United States.

·  Tested scripts to assure training materials conformed to ERP system configuration.

·  Located and outfitted training centers throughout facilities in North America. Scheduled classroom and users for training.

·  Participated in the change management process by creating internal communications to explain the changes in the industry obsoluting legacy systems, alternative ERP solution and results of the evaluation, costs, groups impacted, and timetable. Established chat rooms for end users to voice concerns.

Chemicals

·  Developed training materials including instructor and user guides, quick reference cards, and flow charts for all aspects of the SD and MM modules of SAP.

·  Created templates for SAP documentation efforts.

·  Responsible for training of the SD end users in Australia, Belgium, and the United States.

·  Worked with team members in designing and developing the primary layout of company wide SAP training materials, training strategies, and training standards.

EXPERIENCE

Jeff Salkolosky has eight years of consulting experience in change and learning involving ERP systems across a broad range of experience including Healthcare, Chemicals, Paper, Technology, and Manufacturing. He has consulted with such organizations as Severn Trent Systems, CAP Gemini, and DDS, Inc. as well as employment with Shell Chemical Company.

Salkolosky has worked with clients to assess their readiness for an ERP system deployment, mapped “as” is process to assist in software configuration, redesigned business processes to obtain the maximum benefit from the deployment of an ERP system, and designed and delivered training materials for a number of ERP systems and subsystems including SAP, CIS/OU, and PeopleSoft.

Salkolosky’s industrial and consulting experience provides excellent qualifications as an ERP instructional designer/developer, team leader, and change facilitator. He has extensive experience in both large and small scale ERP implementation with concentration in business process design, change management, and training. His professional strength include outstanding communication skills, problem solving abilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
