BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2013 - 2014
Place Ralston Middle School Gym Kindergarten – 6th Grade
Season Nov 23 – Feb.1 *no practice or games Nov. 30, Dec. 22 – Jan. 3
Opening Day: Nov. 23 - Try out and evaluation at Ralston
8:30 am – 9:30 am Kindergarten – 2nd grade
9:40 am – 11:00 am 3rd – 6th grade
(this is your only notice – please mark these dates on your calendar now.)
*After the evaluations – a coach will notify you of practice and game times.
Game Times: 1 hour game on Saturday at Ralston (12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1)
Practice 1 hour practice on outdoor courts before game. Practice will be contingent on the
Weather.
Kindergarten – 1st grade will be coached together with volunteer coaches.
Ages: Kindergarten – 6th grade ( k-1 coed) (2nd – 3rd boys / girls separate)
(4th – 6th boys / girls separate)
Fee: $195.00 early bird special $220.00 after Nov. 10th
Camp Goals: To provide practice and game time opportunity for youth in the Peninsula.
Players will have one practice before their game on Saturday. Coaching will be
done voluntarily. Season will end with a single elimination tournament (4th - 6th grade).
Players will receive a tee-shirt, picture, and a end of the year trophy. This league is only
for fun and skill enhancement – all levels of skill are welcome.

I hereby absolve the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters, Randy Metheany, from all Liability that may arise as the result of my participation in the above activities, and in the event that the above named participant is a minor, hereby give my permission for his/her participation as indicated and in so doing, absolve the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters, Randy Metheany from such liability. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters, and Randy Metheany from and against any and all in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters, Randy Metheany. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.
