to be defective within that period shall be re-
placed by Quiltcraft at no cost to the customer,
including freight charges, with the following
stipulations: a) failure to follow the laundry
care instructions on each item will negate
Quiltcraft’s obligation to replace the product.
b) no returns will be accepted without prior
written authorization from Quiltcraft and/or
without receiving prior shipping instructions
from Quiltcraft.
