REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS

Do not measure yourself. To ensure accuracy, measurements must be taken by someone other than
yourself. Request measurements from a local tailor or seamstress, if possible.
BUST: ______Measure around the fullest part of your bust & back (wearing a bra.)
WAIST: ______Measure around natural waistline (where waist creases when bending to one side.)
HIP: ______Measure around fullest part of hip backside (usually 8” below the waist.)

Gowns can take up to 16 weeks for delivery. Orders for events sooner than that time may require a rush fee.

SALES AGREEMENT

1.  Sizes will be determined by comparing the measurements provided above to the designer’s size chart. Dresses are not custom made to attendant’s specific measurements. Size is determined by the largest measurement; therefore, alterations will most likely be required. Please note that we are not responsible for measurements taken by others.

2.  We do not provide alterations for Attendant, Flower Girl, or Mother of the Bride gowns.
3.  Orders for the entire wedding party will be placed at the same time to avoid dye lot variations. This will occur once all payment and measurements have been received and the final order is confirmed.
4.  Exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted on orders after processing has begun. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5. We will notify the Bride when all gowns for the wedding party have been received.
6. If you are having your gown shipped from our salon, please be sure to call in to verify your shipping address.
We will not ship your order without address confirmation.
