Webcrafters began its company in 1959 when they purchased their first web offset press. In 1965 the company officially became Webcrafters, in relation to its pioneering role in the web offset process. Today, Webcrafters has expanded and is known for manufacturing of prints and book binds. The company is a family corporation; the Frautschi family takes much pride in the business and believes their motto stands true to their work ethic. At Webcrafters the slogan is, “A family approach to web printing excellence.” Besides the printing business, the family and the corporation also gives much attention to the community and their needs. The employees dedicate their time to Meal on Wheels, a home food delivery service for the elderly. Webcrafter’s employees and retirees volunteer each day to ensure that the elderly of the Madison area are healthy and well supported.
