Experiences Wine production, identification and quantification of aroma compounds (Agilent 6890N GC-FID, with “Agilent 5975B VL MSD” ), identification of aroma-active compounds (GC-Olfactometry “Agilent 6890N” GC- “Gerstel ODP-2”Olfactometry), sensory analyses, methanol&volatile compouns analysis in alcoholic beverages for quality control (Agilent 7890N GC), phenolic compounds analysis (HPLC Agilent with 1100 diyod array dedector).
