4.Who is you current provider of Procurement Systems support and implementation services?

10.Where do you advertise any Oracle procurement opportunities?
11.Who should I contact if I wish to supply Programme/Project Management services to your organisation?
Response:-
Q1/Q4/Q7 - At the Council we have an in-house fully integrated SAP system, which incorporates modules for Financial Systems, Procurement Systems and Human Resources Systems.
Q2/Q5/Q8 - There are a number of support and maintenance contract in place with SAP for these modules, reviewed annually.
Q3/Q6/Q9 - All training requests within the Council are handled by our Human Resources team. Initial contact can be made with Steve Thompson via email ()
Q10 - All tender opportunities are posted through our online Procurement Portal, The Chest (
Q11 –The Council doesn’t have a single contract for Programme/Project Management services. Any tender opportunities will be processed in accordance with the Council’s contract and procurement rules, which can be found in the Council’s constitution in part 5, section e, page 324. The link is below.
