Listing & Marketing Director
Licensed real estate agent managing a team of 7 members producing 60 – 100 transactions per year. While managing the team I work directly with home sellers and contractors in preparing their homes for sale, handle listing paperwork, put homes on the market, and photograph and market homes via advertisements, print material and a variety of websites. This includes creating marketing pieces, publishing web marketing materials, and being the point of contact for all issues related to the listing of the home. I have also researched, developed, and implemented a variety of lead generation programs and marketing incentives to increase leads and sales volume.
Management/Administrative Experience

Manager–Resource Center. (2001 – 2004)
Organized and managed a department of 6 staff members responsible for developing and growing the Sovereign Grace web store www.sovereigngracestore.com. Under my direction the department grew in organization and customer service from processing and fulfilling all customer orders within a week of an order being placed to having all orders filled and shipped out the same day the customer placed their order. While managing all product inventory for maximum cost effectiveness, I also organized and managed 12 annual conference bookstores across the country, with sales ranging from $15,000 - $55,000 each. This responsibility also included the financial and inventory reconciliation to within 1% of sales.
Executive Assistant/Office Manager. (2000 – 2001)
Administrative and communication assistance to the Executive Director of Sovereign Grace Ministries. In this position I was responsible to communicate on behalf of the Executive Director to outside contacts as well as to the staff of Sovereign Grace, to maintain confidential information, and to help create and maintain office policy. This position included office management as well as the supervision of 4 administrative staff members.

In this position I was responsible to schedule, anticipate, plan for, and facilitate the administration of church meetings and events. This included daily meeting planning responsibilities as well as administrating events, retreats, and conferences for up to 4,000 people. I was also responsible to create and/or facilitate the reproduction of all church graphics and printed materials.

Art Teacher
Taught high school art courses in ceramics, sculpture, drawing, and jewelry making. Taught elementary and middle school general art courses. The majority of my teaching position was at the high school level (the elementary and middle school classes were during my first year of teaching). In the high school I increased student appreciation for and creation of original artwork, and increased student enrollment in the art program. I was also responsible to administrate the annual spring high school art show. The show included work from every high school art student and was judged and awarded prizes by a community art appreciation group.
