Argument / Conveys a clear argument based on research. Discusses both the problems and solutions.
Quality of Supporting Evidence / There is a variety of credible and reliable sources and evidence. Includes ethos, logos and pathos. Supporting evidence is well-organized and understandable.
Audience (Awareness and Appropriateness) / The group is aware of and makes clear the audience that they are presenting to. They share information, select vocabulary, and choose a medium that is appropriate to that audience. Technical terms are defined.
Grammar/Mechanics / Grammar and mechanics are mostly correct. There are only a few errors.
MLA Citations / Presentation includes 5-7 properly cited sources in MLA format. Sources includes images, interviews, and paraphrased information. The project includes a dedicated Works Cited page with URLs.
Creativity / Ideas are original. The format of your project catches and engages the audience's attention.
Effort / Class time was mostly used productively. The finished product reflects an appropriate effort for 3.5 weeks of class time and homework. Presenting your project should be rehearsed and organized. Rough draft is on time and completed.
Presentation / When presenting you should be working as a team to get all your thoughts across. Presenters display public speaking skills and are well-rehearsed.

Write a 1-page, double-spaced (minimum) reflection paper that (a) explains your individual contributions to your group’s project and (b) conveys your understanding of audience, ethos, pathos, and logos through specific examples.
