Module Leads: Lina Simonu, Lisa Lagus

1.  Requirement Description

Describe the requirement (gap). Include a description of the delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

Currently, the State of Connecticut needs to provide to individual bargaining units a listing of monthly changes that have occurred on their members. This process is done manually by each agency and collected at DAS, which compiles the information into one report. PeopleSoft does capture all of the information needed, however, this specific report is not delivered.

2.  Business Need

Provide a justification for the requirement. Include information about frequency, volume, number of users impacted, etc.

Ability to identify changes which have occurred to employees in specific bargaining units. This process is mandated by the NP2 (Maintenance) bargaining unit statewide and UCONN also prepares these monthly reports for all of their bargaining units at UCONN Storrs.
