OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in oil/gas wells drilling operations on land-rigs with Top-drives and Kelly’s.
  • Extensive knowledgewithJoy-stick, Cyber and Conventionaloperated drilling rigs 1500 HP to 3000 HP, 12-P National mud pumps and Canrig, Varco, Tesco Top-drives.
  • Have skill and expertise in deviated drilling including medium and short radius horizontal wells, side track, re-entry wells through Whip stock , hole opener reamers
  • Have in depth knowledge of top drive units, MWD technology, and down-hole motors water base and oil base mud’s.
  • Have experience in drilling HP/HT wells as deep as 18,000 feet with heavy mud weights as high as 165 PCF in high H2S concentrations of 20%.
  • Running long string casing, expandable casing, cementing with multistage tools, running and cementing big size casing, basic fishing operations,
  • Operations performed on Saudi Aramco wells throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, also Libya, Mexico,North and South Iraq, Bangladesh, T'bilisi, Georgia and the U.S.
  • Knowledge and experience with National, Idecco, Bomco and Gardner-Denver Mud-Pumps, Impeller type sludge pumps, Gate-valves, Chic-shan lines, knowledge in pipe fitting (hydraulic and pneumatic lines) and welding.
  • Experience in the use of various oil-tools used in drilling/completion/fishing and work-over operations.
  • Administrative skills in scheduling of daily jobs to the crew and maintenance scheduling of equipment on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
