Our chapter will honor a number of outstanding SMC personnel, highlighted by the presentation of the General Bernard A. Schriever Award to General John W. “Jay” Raymond, Commander, Space & Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, CA. General Raymond will also be our featured speaker.
