Framing: It is recommended that all works are securely framed (especially works on paper) in suitable frames of a reasonable quality. No clip frames will be accepted.

If you have difficulty framing your work for any reason please contact Outside In.

Fixingsare notrequired. The hanging system we use will necessitate four holes being made in the rear of the work to fit two brackets. There should be nothing sticking out from the back of your work as this may damage other pieces.

All works are for sale, unless stated otherwise.Outside In will retain 30% of the proceeds from sales. This will help support the project.

Reproduction Rights

Outside In reserve the right to photograph and reproduce any art for promotional purposes in association with Outside In including use on the website.

Insurance

Artists are strongly advised to take out their own commercial insurance to cover their work in transit (both ways), in storage throughout the selection process and if hung during the exhibition and at other exhibitions (details yet to be confirmed). Outside In and Pallant House Gallery will take all care but accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to any artwork.
