Cancellations:Cancellations are accepted, providing that the YFC Office (Hannah or Lauren) are notified by 12.30pm on Thursday 23rd April 2015. Note: None arrival of entries not cancelled by 23rd April 2015 will result in a 1 point deduction from the Club’s scores. In the case of the Club Exhibit Class and the Flower classes, 5 points will be deducted.
Details:Each class will be marked to 5 places. Please ensure all competitors are fully aware & understand all the rules. No offensive or suggestive entries will be allowed and points will be deducted. Exhibits must be the unaided work of the Young Farmer in whose name it is entered. The Chief Stewards and Judges reserve the right to disqualify any item they consider is not the unaided work of the member. Articles should not have been shown at a previous Notts County Show and all display work must be done by members of YFC age.
Membership:Please do not send entry forms in with non-member’s names on. Membership forms for those entering exhibits must be received before this entry form. Entries will not be recorded for non-members.
Eligibility:
Open - Members must be aged 30 and under on 1 September 2014 (Note: National Eliminators will still be 26 years of age and under on 1 September 2014)
Intermediate - Members must be aged 21 and under on the 1st September 2014
Junior- Members must be aged 16 and under on the 1st September 2014
Presentation:The Presentation of Trophies will take place at the YFC Marquee on Sunday 10th May 2015, at appox. 4:00pm, directly following the grand parade Sunday 11th May 2014 commencing at 4.00 pm.

Exhibits:Must be displayed at the YFC Marquee, TheShowground, Winthorpe, Newark. Exhibits may be staged between 6.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. on Friday 8th May 2015but a Pre-Show Admission Pass will be required for all who intend to deliver their exhibits. These are obtainable from the YFC Office or Club Secretary. No exhibits will be accepted later than9pm on Friday 8th May 2015. Exhibits mustonly be cleared following the presentation until 6:30pm on Sunday 10th May 2015.

An exhibit to depict the theme of “Family Milestones” to a maximum size of 1m x 1m x 1m. There needs to be a minimum of one (1) craft from each heading below with the other two (2) crafts taken from any heading:

- Cookery (Food to be tasted – MUST be covered with Cling Film)
- Handicraft (Any other - Including Decorated cake/Photography/Artwork)
Display boards to be provided by the competitors and the size of the boards MUST BE 1 metre wide x 1 metre high x 1 metre deep.(No bigger, no smaller)Must be freestanding. Sides of display Boards to be finished inside and out. Each of the classes is worth 15 marks each and 25 marks for the overall display. 20 marks deducted if exhibit is not the correct size. / OPEN

Competitors are required to make an outfit relating to the theme "Family Celebration". To be modelled on a mannequin only. (Mannequins to be provided by competitor).
There is no price limit; however, the judges will be taking into consideration the value for money of the garment(s). On the day of the competition the competitor will have to show costings by producing receipts. The competitor will also need to produce a paragraph explaining the outfit, how it was made and for what family celebration. / INTERMEDIATE

Clubs to provide their own lawnmowers, which will be decorate with all blades and cutting implements removed.
