Call for applications to present
Our annual conference is a chance to demonstrate the excellent research and improvement work that is going on around the Trust.If you have been involved in a piece of work in the last year that you would like to showcase, we would like to invite you to complete this form for your chance to be considered for one of the presentation or workshop slots on the day. Alternatively you can apply to display a poster or have an information stand.
To highlight and celebrate how we involve patients in our work at Solent NHS Trust and the benefits of doing so, we will be theming the conference around ‘patient and public involvement’. Please note that additional consideration will be given to applicants who can demonstrate excellent patient and public involvement in their work; or even better, those who can present in partnership with patients, service users or community partners.
