Services, provided due to this program:
Service: / Description:Consultation of a personal doctor (GP). / Eachpatienthasapersonaldoctor (GP). A personal doctor gives consultations to a client in the medical center, coordinates work of all specialists, prescribes treatment and diagnostic procedures. One can get in touch with a personal doctor through the registry of the medical center.
Consultationsof narrowly oriented specialists. / By the recommendation of the personal doctor the client may be given consultations by the following specialists: cardiologist, gastroenterologist-dietarian, surgeon, otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist – venereal diseases specialist (skin diseases), allergologist-immunologist, urologist, obstetrician – gynecologist.
Functional diagnostics. / By the recommendation of the personal doctor orspecialists the client may undertakethe following investigations:
-ECG;
-US-diagnostics (exceptDoppler investigations);
-Echocardiogram.
Investigations with the help of medical devices. / -XR – investigation (exceptCT);
-Diagnostic esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
Laboratory diagnostics. / -clinical blood test;
-common urine test;
-biochemical blood test;
-faeces test for worms’ eggs.
Physiotherapy. / Physiotherapetic procedures may be prescribed for the client by the personal doctor (GP) or specialists(1 seance is up to 10 treatments):
-Magnet therapy;
-Electrophoresis;
-Therapeutic laser.
Medicating massage. / Bytherecommendationofthepersonaldoctororspecialiststheclientmay undertakeup to 10 treatments of massage.
Execution of medical documents, medical records. / Upon the client’s request and in case there is a medical ground for it the medical centre can give out all the necessary medical documents: notes about temporary incapacity for work, pupils’ notes, notes for sport and recreational institutions (swimming pool, etc.), sanatorium-resort record, excerpt from a medical card.
General consultations in particularly complicated and unclear cases.
Comments:
- Alltheservices, included in the program, are provided due to the medical indications according to personal doctor’s prescription.
- The number of diagnostic procedures and laboratory investigations is prescribed by the GP or the specialist due to the medical indications.
- When concluding a contract for this program, a client may be provided with medical services, not included in the program, on a 10%-discount basis.
- During the personal doctor’s leave of absence (holiday, illness, etc.) the client is observed by the duty doctor of the centre.
