  1. Discuss Sponsor Ballot Report

Richard gave an update on the Sponsor Ballot situation and that Sponsor Ballot will now not finish until the start of the San Francisco meeting. The ad hoc is still planned for Jul 11-13.

Discussion about the hold up of opening Sponsor Ballot. The status is that Paul Nikolich is reviewing the conditional Sponsor Ballot report and is to contact Stuart when he gives his approval. The Executive Committee has now had four days of review time.

Brian Hart updated us on the ad hoc and that the room for the ad hoc may be in another building, but the ad hoc will go on at the Cisco complex in San Jose as announced. The hotels are at least 20 minutes walking distance from the meeting room and therefore all will probably need a car.

Richard will be in Indonesia for three weeks and will return on 2007-07-07.

  1. Call end 12:35 ET
