LMS MARCHING BAND 2018

Dear Parents:

This year the LMS Marching Band will be competing at Darien Lake on Saturday, May 26th. The parade starts at 10:45AM with a parade route of approximately 20 minutes.

Students will ride buses from LMS to Darien Lake. Following the parade (12 Noon), parents are asked to meet the band at the front gates to sign-out your students. Students MAY be signed-out by another student’s parent, but we must have prior written permission from BOTH sets of parents. (See slip below.) The marching band staff will NOT be available to supervise students, you MUST arrange for an adult to meet us following the parade if your child is staying at the park. If you wish, you may arrange to pick up your child at LMS at 12:45PM.

Cost for this event is $16/person, which includes a full day admission ticket. (The park is open til 10 PM that night). Families may also purchase park tickets in advance at this price. If a student or family member has a season pass, no admission fee is required, but please make sure you bring your pass that day. Park tickets for family members should be picked up at LMS the morning of the parade. You must have a ticket in order to be admitted to the park for the parade. Students’ tickets will be distributed by the marching band staff after the parade. A detailed schedule with exact times will be distributed to students at a later date.

Please fill out the slip below and return by Thursday, May 3rd with a check payable to LMS Band in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
