Career Highlights
I’m a member of the Measurement Studio’s MEP Team based in the UAE- a dedicated team of experienced individuals providing measurement support services to all AECOM project teams across the globe.
I have worked in a number of regionsconcentrating on the measurement, preparation of bills of quantities and post contract for various developments.
My project experience includes pre-contract estimating, tendering (measurement & bills of quantity preparations), preparing and analysing costings for tenders, preparing contracts, updating database of contractor prices, and post-contract works such as administering variation orders, reconciliation with the contractors and evaluating completed work for payment purposes. I’ve also experienced to become a PQS in one of the biggest client in the Philippines.
I have learned different methods of measurement such as QSMM, SMM7, POMI and CESMM3 among others, with expertise on PSMM (Philippine Standard Method of Measurement). Ican also usevarious software including Atles Pro., CATO (Procurement and Cost Planning), CADMeasure, DimensionX, and CostX.

My role as QS is to assists the project’s monthly valuations and variation orders. Carry out regular on site visits to ensure that the contractor’s work is being carried out to the design specificationsand related cost considerations are fully considered at pre and post contract stage and provides cost estimates for budget preparation.
