NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO TOUR (Home Nations)

(N.B – within the season and within the Home Union which as of this season means within England only – Scotland, Ireland & Wales are now classed as overseas and the RFU Permsission to tour form should be submitted to the Yorkshire Office any activity involving an overnight stay should be treated as a tour and the CB notified at least one month in advance)

All official supervisors must be members of the club, listed on Rugby First and hold RFU CRB disclosures at least 1 coach must be RFU qualified

Adult : Child Ratios : There should always be more than one suitably vetted adult in charge of any group of children or vulnerable adults so the minimum number of adults is two (2).

The RFU recommended minimum ratios of:

·  1:10 for children over 8 years old or vulnerable adults ( i.e. U9 to through to U18)

·  1:8 for children under 8 years old

·  1:6 for children under 7 years old

I/We certify that the above tour (a tour is any trip constituting an overnight stay) has been organized in line with RFU rugby tour guidelines in relation to players, accommodation, safeguarding and conduct. We have:

·  parent/guardian consent forms for each player travelling

  • medical details for each player.
  • All players are Club members and have RFU Registration numbers and Photo ID cards.
  • All Supervising adults travelling hold current RFU CRB certificates, and are Club members.
