PROCEDURES TO DROP/WITHDRAW FROM A CLASS
1. All students are expected to drop/withdraw from classes through their academic advisor.
2. CTAM Students must also drop/withdraw from classes through the GoArmyEd portal.
3. If an academic advisor is unavailable, or a student is not physically able to go to an academic advisor in the time period specified due to EXTREME extenuating circumstances (illness, injury, death in the immediate family, sudden military or work-related schedule change) a student may send an e-mail notification to (Ft. Wainwright Academic Advisor) or (Eielson AFB Academic Advisor). NOTE The nature of the e-mail to drop/withdraw must be followed up by a personal contact with their academic advisor as soon as possible, E-mail requests for drop/withdraw may not be granted the same level of refund if the circumstances are not extreme in nature. Final approval of refund requests may be decided on a case-by-case basis by the Dean of Fairbanks Campus.
