You are required and must be able to attend all four seminars listed below to be eligible for consideration.
AMI Seminar Dates:
§ October 5-6, Thursday (overnight) and Friday in Vail, CO
§ November 10, Friday at Red Rocks Community College, Lakewood, CO
§ January 26, Friday at University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora, CO
§ March 8-9, Thursday (overnight) and Friday at Colorado College & The Antler’s, Colorado Springs, CO

Note – Previous attendees have recommended that participants have five or more years of professional/management experience to truly benefit from this experience. This is not a requirement.

2) What are your leadership goals (big and small—they’re all important!) in your department and/or at Mines, and how will AMI help you achieve these goals?
3) How would attending AMI benefit your department? List at least four benefits with examples.
4) What do you do or would like to do to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus? Give examples and details on promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus.
5) You are required to attend all seminars. If selected, are you available to attend the seminar dates listed above?
6) If selected, do you have the support of your supervisor or department head/division director to attend AMI? This is required.
