My child has my permission to participate in the R.M.S. Field Day on May 13th. I understand all events will be held on the R.M.S. campus. I exempt and release R.M.S. and all related entities from all liabilities or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury. I am aware the R.M.S. nurse will be available in case of an emergency. On May 13th, my child will need to dress in shorts, shirt and athletic shoes (school dress code). My child will also need to bring sunscreen, towel/blanket to sit on, a container for water, quarters for concession stand and a hat. All sixth grade students will report to the cafeteria during third lunch time (12:30) where lunch will be served as usual.

Dear Parents,
The sixth grade Field Day will be held at R.M.S. on May 13th. Field Day events will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will finish around 3:00p.m. Your child will be scheduled to participate in a minimum of threeindividualevents. Your child will compete against other classes, with the top six individual event winners receiving ribbons.
Organizing Field Day requires preparation and many volunteers. We will need parents to help run-off events, work the concession stand and help monitor. Our volunteers are asked to work approximately one hour. If you would like to volunteer your time May 13th, please volunteer at the following :
