/Authority
I, BRIAN GARY PAULE, acting in accordance with the delegation of powers to me under section I3 of the Defence Enterprise Collective Agreement 2009 (DECA) by the Secretary to the Department of Defence, hereby determine under clause H1.3, H2.5 and F6.21 of the DECA that the conditions of service for employees are to be adjusted as set out below.2
/Definition
In this Determination, Lido means the Lido Group Pty Ltd (ABN 42 006 852 991).3
/Overtime meal allowance
I determine that the rate of overtime meal allowance for the purposes paragraph F6.21 of DECA is increased to $25.80.4
/Accommodation, meals and incidentals
I determine under paragraph H1.3 of DECA that the rates for accommodation, meals and incidentals for travel are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule A to this decision, for an employee who meets either of the following conditions.
a. / The employee uses the Defence travel card to pay for travel costs, in any of the following circumstances.i. / The employee does not choose to use accommodation supplied through Lido.
ii. / The employee chooses to use accommodation supplied through Lido, but Lido cannot supply accommodation.
Examples:
1. Other employees have booked all Lido's rooms at that location, so no rooms are available on the date required.
2. Lido has no rooms at the location.
iii. / The employee chooses to use accommodation supplied through Lido at a location not listed in Schedule B.
b. / The employee is to be paid meal and incidentals components of the travel budget to pay for travel costs.

/Accommodation, meals and incidentals – accommodation supplied through Lido at selected locations
I determine under paragraph H1.3 of DECA that the rates for accommodation, meals and incidentals for an employee are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule B to this Decision, where all the following conditions are met.a. / The employee uses the Defence travel card to pay for travel costs.
b. / The employee chooses to use accommodation supplied through Lido.
c. / Lido supplies accommodation to the employee.
d. / The accommodation is at a location listed in Schedule B.

/Part-day travel
I determine that the rate of part-day travelling allowance for the purposes paragraphs H1.3 and H1.14 of DECA is increased to $43.00.7
/Temporary accommodation allowance
I determine under paragraph H2.5 of DECA that the meals, food and incidental components of the temporary accommodation allowance element of relocation assistance are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule C to this decision.8

1. / Clauses 3, 6 and7 of DECA Determination No. 16 of 2010areeffective from 2 September 2010.2. / The remaining clauses of DECA Determination No. 16 of 2010 are effective from 4 July 2010.
