Achievements

Achievements

The key enablers for the strategy included information security and transfer, stakeholder and partner efficiency and effectiveness, transformed service delivery and, direct contribution to reducing reoffending and public safety.

Achievements

Achievements

Duty Governor/Head of Case Management and Segregation Sodexo Justice Services, H.M.P. Addiewell

Primary responsibilities for prisoner management, segregation and staff management within new high security prison working to contractual obligations of the Scottish Prison Service.

Achievements

·  Prior to prison opening role involved recruitment and establishment set up, on opening strategic role for prisoner management which included residential, case management and the segregation unit.

·  Initiated, designed and developed a partnership Domestic Violence Programme, Personal Officer Scheme and, a partnership community project. The initiatives supported the wider offender management strategy, enhanced partnership working and contributed to reducing reoffending.

·  Provided the strategic link to Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Prisons throughout the inspection period. Designed and implemented a programme framework, stakeholder consultation programme and an internal communications package

·  Commanded and concluded a number of high-risk incidents ensuring the safety of staff and prisoners.
