Greetings All,
Hedgehog members play a vital leadership role in the Network, taking ownership over developing and continuously improving Network CRS-based assessments, resources, and professional development. In addition to providing these critical services, the intense work and dialogue they experience throughout the year leads to significant personal development. Many HH members considerably develop their facilitation skills, instruction, and overall knowledge of the College Readiness Standards. Please read on if you think you may be interested in joining the 2011-12 Hedgehog Team.

Hedgehog Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Hedgehog Team is to facilitate the integration and mastery of the College Readiness Standards throughout Noble Street Charter School. During the month of July, the team will revise pacing plans and interim assessments, map practice ACTs, plan for Network PDs, and create further CRS resources.
Hedgehog Qualifications:

Application & Selection Process:
Hedgehog teams are formed annually and are stipend positions ($30/hour). If you are interested in joining the 2011-12 Team, please email [ ] by 5:00pm Friday, April 15th. The email should include your name, campus, anticipated 2011-12 subject/grade assignment, and a 1-2 paragraph statement outlining your interest and qualifications. All teachers are welcome to apply. There are, however, general restrictions to the team structure—it will need to stay under 20 members, and all campuses, grades, and core subjects will need to be represented. In cases of extreme interest from one campus, Principals will be asked to assist with final selection.
