RE: An important message about your rent payments
Dear Valued Resident:
If an effort to provide you with the convenience of paying your rent after office hours, we are introducing Resident eMoney Order, it’s easy, secure, reliable, and provides a greener way to pay. This new process is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and improve customer service. Please see the flyer on the back of this letter for details.
As allowed by your lease, effective October 1, 2016, we have modified paragraph 6 of your lease agreement as follows:
The only forms of payment we will be accepting are as follows:
- At the onsite manager’s office:
· Paper Checks may be dropped off during office hours prior to the 4th of the month (will be converted into an electronic payment).
- Online ACH (Resident Portal) – using either a checking or savings account. We encourage you to sign up on the resident portal at the following link: www.reserveatwhiteoak.com
- Resident eMoney Order – Locations can be found at the following link:

o You will need to get a payment coupon from the office or online.
o Up to $2.00 fee applies
o Paper money orders will no longer be accepted.
Please keep in mind rent is due on the 1st and late charges begin on the 4th. Therefore, if you choose to pay your rent online or at a Resident eMoney Order location, you will need to process that payment no later than midnight on the 3rd to avoid late charges. Our office closes at 6:00 Monday – Friday and 5:00 pm on Saturday and we do not have a night drop, so if you wish to drop off a check, then you will need to be there before the office closes.
