TWIN VALLEY RIDERS CLUB FACILITY RENTAL
& USE OF EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT
Rental Rates: Free to nonprofit entities using it for non-profit events.
$75.00 per day for just arena to TVRC members
$100.00 per day for arena, lights to the arena, electricity, and electrical equipment to TVRC members.
$150.00 for arena and electrical equipment to non-TVRC members. I.e. but not limited to MNTRA, NTRA, barrel racing clubs.
For practice roping or team penning no charge if all participants are TVRC members. The cattle owner is allowed to charge a cattle sur-charge for cattle usage. Shooters are allowed to charge for ammo and balloons for practices.
*A TVRC member can rent the arena for another club at the reduced rates afterapproving the dates with the scheduling committee; however, the member will be responsible for upholding the rules set forth in the contract.
*TVRC will take dates on a first come first serve basis.
*If there is a scheduling conflict, the paying renter will take precedence over a non-profit such as but not limited to a practice roping, or practice penning.
1.Arena rent shall include use of bathrooms, toiletries in the bathroom, use of barrels, poles, and any and all other gaming equipment, any gates or panels at the arena, and the use of the roping and strip chute.

3.Electrical equipment, including the Fender Passport sound system, Farmtek timer and other electrical equipment shall be used with proper care and respect. Equipment will be properly put away after each use. Equipment used outside the announcer’s stand shall be protected from the weather ie: plastic bags to cover the speakers in the event of rain or snow. Renters shall be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment from the arena.
4.Any group or individuals using the TVRC equipment shall acquire proper instruction for use and set-up prior to any events held, to prevent equipment damage. TVRC shall provide training of use of equipment to prevent equipment damage.
5.Renters will be responsible for any damage to equipment and grounds resulting from misuse or neglect. The TVRC is responsible for normal use maintenance including batteries for electrical equipment.
6.No group or individual shall remove equipment from the TVRC arena without written permission from TVRC. Any group or individual that removes equipment or property from the Riders Club grounds shall assume responsibility of replacement or repair in the case of theft, loss, or damage.
7.The TVRC will not be responsible for any equipment or property left or stolen at the TVRC arena or campground by any groups or individuals renting or using club facilities.
8.Renters and users shall get a “TVRC Waiver of Liability” signed by each rider using the arena. TVRC shall provide these free of charge. Renters are responsible for getting any other waiver signed for any other club.
9.Renters are responsible for getting and having proof of any necessary liability insurance on any scheduled events.
10.Buildings including the announcing stand and bathrooms shall be cleaned after use and garbage from the buildings and grounds removed.
11.TVRC arena shall be bladed or drug flat on or about the day before a money rented event by TVRC.
12.Renters shall blade or drag the arena flat and fix any pattern holes or trenches after the event is over.
13.If the event uses the campground, the renter shall collect a $10.00 trailer per night for the trailers plugging into the campgrounds electricity, and a $5.00 trailer per night for the not plugged in trailers. Any and all money collected for the campground shall be turned back over to the TVRC.
14.TVRC shall provide wood for the campground for camping events. Renters shall let TVRC know beforehand if they are going to use camp wood.
15.TVRC shall provide fire rings for the campground. Renters shall make sure all campfires are in a ring and extinguished afterwards.

17.We ask that you do a walkthrough of the grounds, buildings, campground, and inspection of the equipment immediately on arrival. If there are any problems notify one of the above people immediately.
18.We ask that you respect the grounds and keep things clean.
19.$100 equipment deposit is required in check form which will be returned one week after scheduled events if there is no damage to the equipment.

“Club member renter representative “: By signing above you are giving your personal guarantee to repair or replace any stolen or damaged TVRC equipment, damage to buildings, or damage to arena or campgrounds on requested dates. TVRC will collect from you personally and you can then attempt to collect from any offending club or offending clubs members or non-members.
