The purpose of this letter is to introduce to you the newest site in the Webuyhouses.com family, CashOffers.com. We wanted to take a moment to explain the new site’s purpose, its reach, and how we believe it will impact the company in a positive fashion.
CashOffers.com will be primarily a real-estate lead generation site, much like Webuyhouses.com. The main difference in CashOffers.com is that it will be designed to compete with many of the smaller competitors in the lead generation market. These smaller market sites do not compete with WBH as much as they continue to force up advertising rates for Webuyhouses.com. We feel that the introduction of this site will not only help us control our market, but it will also help to control the rising costs of advertising online.
CashOffers.com will not have the advertising backing that Webuyhouses.com has, nor will it attempt to have lead generation on a par with Webuyhouses.com. It will be focused on competing with the smaller lead generation sites, and will have comparable rates and pricing to those programs. We expect the traffic to be close to half of what we get on Webuyhouses.com, and we expect the lead generation on Webuyhouses.com to stay the same.
We consider Webuyhouses.com to be the flagship and core business for our company. To that end, we have decided to build our other sites around it to help it grow and succeed. In much the same way that we felt PropertyExchange.com could service an investor need for listing and exchanging property, we feel that CashOffers.com can help reduce our costs and increase our bottom line.
