IREP Meeting Minutes
November 11, 2014
President Elect, Theresa Collins called meeting to order at 9:03 A.M. and reminded everyone to silent cell phones.
Theresa Collins and Mark Thireyled attendees in the pledge of allegiance. Theresa gave the inspiration.She explained the background of how and why we celebrate Veterans Day. She was the only Veteran in attendance.
Theresa asked everyone to fill out nomination sheets for the 2015 officers.
Speaker
Tammie Hagedorn explained that the each lender on the panel will speak about one program that they offer, however, that is not the only program they offer.
The lender panel consisted of:
Barry Beote with EverBank Mortgage speaking about refinancing with a piggy back loan.
Al Knighton with The Mortgage Firm talked about VA financing.
Robyn Fiel with Sierra Pacific Mortgage explained the differences between conventional versus FHA.
Ted Smida with Choice Real Estate Funding gave examples of different ways to use a reverse purchase mortgage.
Education
Our next meeting will be the Holiday party and there will be no educational program.

Debra Gregory has a seasonal rental available starting now through April. It is a 2/2.5 on the water for $2,400/month located at 690 Island Way #705.
Also, Debra is having a Holiday Party at her office on December 11th from 5-9 PM and IREP members are invited.
Robyn Fiel reminded everyone that the Annual Affiliate Expo and Fall Festival is this Thursday from 10 AM–4 PM at PRO.
Ben Friedlander has a 2/1 at 3433 20th St., N.
Allen Collins has a 4/3/2, 2,500 sq. ft. for $436,000 located at 3162 Shoreline Dr.
It was announced that the next meeting, December 9th will be the Holiday Party.
Ben Friedlander made a motion that $300 should be appropriated towards the Holiday Party.
Motion was passed.
It was stated that members will pay $5.00 and guest will pay $10.00 for the Holiday Party.
