Congratulations to the girls varsity lacrosse team for their 19-8 win over Wayne Valley. With that win they have become the American South Conference Champs!!!! Great job girls!
In support of Lakeland’s own Garrett Gardner, the Student Council will be hosting a viewing of the 2nd day of live performances on “The Voice” tomorrow night, Tuesday, May 8. Students and staff are invited to watch the live show together to cheer for Garrett! The viewing will be from 8 pm to the end of the show in the lecture hall and/or the auditorium depending on the number of attendees. We hope to see you there!

Since spring has arrived, the administrative team would like to remind students to review and follow the dress code policy that is located in your student handbook. Please be sure you do not come to school wearing hats, sunglasses, torn or ripped jeans, skirts or shorts that do not stay fingertip length while walking, shirts that do not cover your midriff or that are transparent and expose undergarments, sleeveless athletic jerseys, and halter or tube-top style shirts. Student who do not adhere to the dress code policy will need to contact their parent for a change of clothing or will remain in the Alternative Learning Center for the day.

Project Graduation is a nationwide program established to provide a celebration for graduating seniors in a safe, fun, fully chaperoned, alcohol-free and drug-free environment. Project Graduation is run by parent volunteers with the support and guidance of AWARE ASAP, The Alliance of Wanaque and Ringwood for Education and Awareness for Substance Abuse Prevention.
