10th Annual Bug & Bud Festival Food Vendor Application

Saturday, April 27th 2013 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
We are currently accepting food vendor applications for the 2013 Bug & Bud Festival. The cost for vendors selling food is $100 for a 10 x 10 foot space OR a flat rate of $200 for any vendor who extends beyond those boundaries up to 20 x 10 feet. All food vendors MUST obtain and display a valid food permit. A temporary food permit may be obtained from the Division of Public Health by calling 302-744-1220. No electricity is available. No equipment is provided. Vendors will be placed in one of two (2) designated “food courts”. The event is rain or shine; therefore, no vendor fees will be refunded.
In order to secure your vendor space for 2013, your payment must be received no later than February 28th 2013. After that date, the food vendor spaces will be open for public registration with no spaces being held. No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2013.

Register no later than February 28thth to guarantee a spot or March 15th for regular entry by completing the form enclosed. You will be contacted with directions to the food court and your specific location in April 2013. Please complete the form enclosed and return it with your check.
