Fundamentals of

· Designed to provide the students with an understanding and working knowledge of the procedures and techniques required to estimate the market value of vacant and improved properties.

· Focuses on the skills necessary for estimating the market value of properties using two approaches to value: the cost approach and the sales comparison approach.

Jason Frost- Chief Deputy of Real Estate for the Stark County Auditor. 17 years of mass appraisal experience with the Auditor. IAAO Instructor for Ohio. Licensed Certified General Appraiser

Course Fee & Enrollment

The course fee is $600, which includes a Student Reference Manual. To register for this 30 hour course, complete and return the enrollment form along with your payment in full.

Registration Preference

Enrollment will be confirmed based on the date that the form and payment are received.

Cancellation Policy Credit Voucher

Cancellation for any reason at any time will be honored by a Credit Voucher that can be applied to fees by you or your assignee for any future class offering.

Education Credit

IAAO will certify 30 hours of continuing education credit for each student who successfully completes this course.

EXAM REQUIRED

Certificate of Participation

will be issued by IAAO when NO exam is taken
