BT Graduate Programme
Lots of our senior leaders have come through our graduate programme. Some have even become CEOs. We're always on the lookout for more people like them. You might not want to be a CEO, but if you've got the drive, and raw talent, we'll give you the foundations to kick start your career.
You'll spend two years doing a rotational role, which will give you the chance to experience different areas and build a clearer picture of where you want to take your career.
The program will see you explore different roles such as Project Management, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Network Design & Implementation, IT & Security.
Throughout your time as a graduate in BT Global services you will be trained and mentored starting with an induction week which will enable you to build a worldwide network with your peers around the world.
Your experience in BT is aimed at developing your potential to become a senior manager. Therefor we wish to recruit fast learning, flexible and self-sufficient individuals who think they can make a real contribution to our company.
Entry requirements

We are looking for young engineering graduates, internationally minded, with a strong customer focus and great relationship skills.

  • Students in Engineering (Telecommunications – Electrical – Electronic - Industrial Engineering - IT) who are going to reach the bachelor degree and/or master degree within January 2016.
  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications – Electrical – Electronic - Industrial Engineering -Management Engineering- IT)
  • Fluency in Italian and in English

Appreciated at least one Exchange programme abroad
