Allowable Equipment Rates shall be established as defined below (Spec 109.05)
a. Allowable Hourly Equipment Rate (AHER) = Monthly Rate/176 x Adjustment Factors x 70%
b. Allowable Hourly Operating Cost (AHOC) = Hourly Operating Cost x 70%
c. Allowable Rate Per Hour (ARPH) = AHER + AHOC
d. Standby Rate = AHER x 35%
I understand that the total shown is not binding, but that it should represent a realistic approximation. I understand that the labor rates, the equipment rental rates and the material unit costs are binding, I further understand that the work shall not proceed until I receive approval from the Engineer.
