Platinum Cargo Logistics, Inc. Hires Industry Veteran Noah M. Munoz as West Coast Operations Manager
Torrance, CA – Platinum Cargo Logistics, Inc. announced today that it has hired industry veteran Noah M. Munoz.
Noah will assume the role of West Coast Operations Manager and will be based out of the San Diego Regional Office. “Noahcomes tous from a diverse backgroundwhich includesworkingwithin the automotive sector,” commented Jefferson Clay, Vice President of International. “He brings a tremendous amount of talent and experience and will be a key part of our management team as we continue to grow our International business as a company.”
Mr. Munoz began his career working asMaterial Planning & Launch Manager with Ford Motor Companies International Division and transitioned into the role of International Import/Export Compliance Manager for General Motors prior to moving to San Diego, CA in 2007. Duringhis most recent employmentin San Diego, heworked as the International Operations Manager for a local forwarder - overseeing both air and ocean divisions. He was also in charge of trade and industry compliance for both company staff and customers.
In his new role, Noah will be tasked with supporting West Coast offices including the newly opened San Diego Regional Logistics Center as well as ensuring company-wide compliance. He will also spend time nurturing existing and establishing new vendor relationships.
