The Plan’s submission enables local governments receiving federal grants to combine short-term objectives, resources and projects into one planning document. The Plan is updated annually to reflect the funding decisions for each year. The Plan includes the 2014 Program Year Budget and Activity Summary for CDBG and HOME. The FY 2014 plan also included an update to the Consolidated Plan to allow approximately $1 million dollars in revolving loan funds to be utilized for housing related activities such as acquisition, demolition and infrastructure projects within target neighborhoods along with the original use the revolving loan funds for Housing Rehabilitation and Small Business Development Activities.
