Consumer Protection Act - Seminar
getting results for suppliers and consumers
Duration 9:00 – 16:00
Dear Colleagues
ABOUT THIS SEMINAR
Learn how to apply the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to protect your clients and your firm and provide innovative new remedies for clients
There is hardly a legal practitioner who can afford to remain a “CPA virgin”. The seminar will equip you on how to apply the CPA to protect your clients and your firm. It will also provide innovative new remedies for clients. The seminar will focus on the latest developments and also touch on those developments in the broader consumer law arena which impact on how we can use the CPA.
We will also revisit the key basic principles, so the seminar is suitable for a newcomer to the CPA. We will offer solutions to uber-practical issues arising when we litigate. We encourage discussion on how to deal with the challenges and there will be ample opportunity to ask questions.
Kind regards
