The warranty provisions

1 Basic information

1)  All who are under normal use failure caused by the quality of the product itself, in the warranty period, Everpro will be responsible for giving limited warranty.

2)  Product failure, please contact customer service support contact Everpro. For details please log on http://www.Everprotech.com/Contact

3)  Product warranty with Everpro announced the release of the product in the Chinese when the warranty period, the details (warranty period and warranty level) may query the Everpro online support center in http://www.Everprotech.com/Services, specific for each product for warranty information in Everpro system records shall prevail.

2 Warranty policy

1)  User please save bill issued by the dealers of the warranty card and purchase products. During repair, the user will be asked to show the above documents for warranty basis.

2)  The warranty period start from the date on the bill of the product purchased date. But if the purchased date later than the date of shipment and the Grace period of this kind of product in Everpro system, the warranty start from the Everpro system delivery date add the Grace period.

3)  Grace period refers to the period from the product deliver from the factory to the final delivery or installation. Different products have different Grace period, the max grace period will not exceeding 3 months.

4)  The repaired products, continue to enjoy the warranty service during the warranty period, if the deadline of the warranty period less than three months, the replaced spare parts enjoy three months warranty from the date of replacement.

5)  The Spare parts replaced from the products own by the the Everpro company, if necessary, Everpro will charge the appropriate cost.

6)  The users should responsible for their data safety. Before the repair the user should backup the data, Everpro service center will not responsible for the damage or lose of the data, program or storage medium.

7)  Warranty policy of Everpro products would different according to the different products.

8)  Please keep this warranty cards, we would not supply it again if you lost it.

3 The exception items

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty category

Ø  Technical problems of non hardware category (can query the Everpro online support center: http://www.Everprotech.com/Services or call customer service hotline.

Ø  No Everpro logo products.

Ø  Not Everpro spare parts or the spare parts replaced by the users which were not purchased from the Everpro or Everpro appointed distributors.

Ø  Product cleaning or maintenance.

Ø  Consumptive materials (such as: housing, the natural loss, abrasion and aging of the plug in parts).

Ø  Due to incorrect installation, operation (such as hot plug data lines), or the failure or damage caused by the using exceeding the allowed product working environment (for example, the temperature is too high, too low, too wet or dry, higher altitude, unstable voltage or current, high zero GND voltage, etc.).

Ø  By accident, abuse (including beyond the working load). The damage caused by misuse.

Ø  Due to improper storage (rodents, deep liquid infiltration, etc.) damage.

Ø  Damage due to using self-made or nonpublic offering software causes the product does not work.

Ø  The virus infection of the PC products caused by improper maintenance.

Ø  Due to the installation and use of non standard function expansion card causing failure or damage.

Ø  The damage caused by the repair from non-Everpro authorized service center.

Ø  The damage caused by user using non Everpro approved power supply, cables, drivers and other accessories.

Ø  Failure or damage due to human or natural disasters

Special tips:

1. The provisions of all responsibility for the product of Everpro company, instead of all other express and implied warranties and / or responsibilities. When the product failure, the responsibility to the user of Everpro is limited to the above terms of products repairing and / or replacement. In addition, no other warranties, if the national laws have some other Regulations, Everpro will comply with thelegal requirement.

2. Whatever the direct or indirect loss caused by unregular service of Everpro products, Everpro would only responsible for the required contents by the national laws.

3. In any case, Everpro would not responsible for the loss caused by the lose of products and / or the damage of incorporeal property such as the data record, material or program.
