Gene cloning; gene manipulation and mutation; enzyme characterization and purification; biotransformation; genotoxicity; molecular mechanism of human cancer.

1- Comparative study of anti-cancerous effects of nitrogenous bisphosphonates, zoledronate, risedronate and pamidronate on expression and function of TBCB and DBF4 protein in different Breast Cancer cell lines. Completed
2- Screening, purification and cytotoxicity characterization of prodigiosins from Serracia spp isolated from Zanjan soil. Completed
3- Bioremediation of copper and synthesis of nanoparticles by microorganisms isolated from Zanjan mines. Completed
4- Study of furanocumarines effects on function of drug resistance pumps MDR1, BCRP, MRP1 and MRP2 in different cancer cell lines. Completed
5- Screening and characterization of uricase enzyme from fungal species isolated from Iran soil.
6- Industrially biosynthesis and purification of small pharmaceutical peptides.
