For this weekend and the next 3 weekends, Passkeepers will be asked to hand out nomination papers and pens as parishioners enter the church.

From 25/26 January - Brian will collate nomination forms and issue spreadsheet of nominated names.

We aim to produce a Draft Nomination List by 1 February – it was agreed that this will not be made public.

W/e of 6/7 February – Nominated parishioners will be informed of their nomination and will have an opportunity to withdraw from the re-election process.

We aim to have a Yes/No response from Draft List Nominees by 7 February – this gives the PPC a chance to consider additional names and approach them individually.

ACTIONSPPC Members to approach nominees they know to confirm agreement to proceed/withdraw

The timetable after this will depend on the total numbers nominated. The Final Nomination List will be published in the newsletter but a Final Vote will only be required if there are more than 12 names on this list.

IF REQUIRED, the Current PPC will reconvene on 16 February to discuss the voting process.
