Please review this login information for your College technology accounts.
Initially, your immediate supervisor will receive an email from IT with your login and password information. The email will be sent from with the subject line “Account information for Your Name”.
This email will include your employee identification number, username, default password, and College email address. This login information will give you access to your College-issued computer, email, WebAdvisor, Moodle, and the Portal. Your password is required to be changed immediately upon logging in.
If you have access to Colleague as part of your position, an IT representative will contact you via phone with your login and password.
If you have access to phone and/or voicemail as part of your position, an IT representative will contact you with your extension number and assist you with set-up.
Additional information on College technologies will be provided to you during New Employee Orientation. This reference sheet is to get you started.

WebAdvisor
What: Provides self-service access to data relevant to your role and employment. Example: pay advices, leave plan, grades & class rosters, etc.
Where to login: portal.abtech.edu (on campus from your College-issued computer) OR my.abtech.edu (from anywhere) OR from http://www.abtech.edu/ under “Online Services”
Moodle
What: Learning Management System for online and hybrid courses.
Where to login: http://moodle.abtech.edu/ Only use Mozilla Firefox
Portal
What: College’s “intranet” containing campus announcements, calendars, departmental sites, College policies & procedures, etc.
Also known as: “My A-B Tech”
Where to login: portal.abtech.edu (on campus from your College-issued computer) OR my.abtech.edu (from anywhere)
Colleague
What: College’s Information System
Also known as: Datatel, Ellucian
Where to login: If you have access to Colleague as part of your position, an IT representative will contact you via phone regarding where and how to login.
