C.3Wakefield eCAF management team rolesPleasetick the appropriate role/s for the applicant’s use of Wakefield Family CAF from the list. Users will be allocated a default set of access rights relevant to the role they are being nominated for.For further information on roles and access rights please speak to the Wakefield Family CAF management team.

Wakefield Family CAF Management Team / The Management Team member will oversee the implementation and overall integrity of the We-CAF system.
Responsible for the granting and removal of accreditation to the system.
The provision and resetting of passwords.
Maintenance of Local Service Lists.
Quality assurance of episodes, transfer of episodes between CAF practitioners, and running management reports.
Responsibility for ensuring that Wakefield eCAF use adheres to CAF assessment best practice.
Escalating system issues to WPCA helpdesk.
Have access to all areas of the system.
Wakefield Family CAF Establishment Manager / The Establishment Manager will have management responsibility for CAF episodes in their establishment/team.
Be the named proxy for all CAF episodes within their establishments/teams.
Have oversight of all CAF episodes within their establishment/team.
Responsibility for ensuring that Wakefield eCAF use adheres to CAF assessment best practice.
Quality assurance of episodes, transfer of episodes between CAF practitioners, and running management reports.
Wakefield Family CAF Super User / The ‘Super User’ will be responsible for the training of Wakefield Family CAF users in their service location and allied services.
The first point of contact for ‘end user’system issues.
Have the ability to escalate issues to the CAF Management Team as appropriate.
Responsibility for ensuring that Wakefield Family CAF use adheres to CAF assessment best practice.
Take responsibility of Transfer of their episodes between practitioners.
Can authorise and rescind access to their CAF episodes.
Have access to all CAF episodes instigated, completed and/or contributed to by the individual practitioner.
The CAF Super User will ensure that all CAF episodes will have a named Lead Professional.
Wakefield Family CAF End User (Practitioner) / The CAF Practitioner is responsible for ensuring that their use of Wakefield Family CAF adheres to CAF assessment best practice.
Have responsibility fortransfer of their CAF episodes between practitioners.
Can authorise and rescind access to their CAF episodes.
Have access to all CAF episodes instigated, completed and/or contributed to by the individual practitioner.
The CAF practitioner will ensure that all CAF episodes will have a named Lead Professional.
N.B.Some practitioners will have dual roles, which will give them additional responsibilities/access rights.
