Students from CPSY 5523 and I attended a workshop and lecture from this award winning documentary filmmaker: Cosmos with Carl Sagan, We the People, with Peter Jennings, The Hero’s Journey with Joseph Campbell and The Promise of Play with Jane Goodall. We were selected to propose a film concept with was received well; we were encouraged to pursue sending on a national level. Film concept: The Silenced and Forgotten: Oklahoma Native Youth Speak.
