PURCHASE A SENIOR AD TODAY!
John Champe High School invites you write personalized messages for your graduate’s senior yearbook. These special tributes can come from parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, pets, etc. They can also be purchased for the graduate, for groups of friends, and/or for entire teams or clubs!
Sharing your pride is easy:
1. Page space is sold in blocks, with 16 blocks per page. Each block is roughly 2”x2.5” (about half the size of a business card). Be sure to collect clear, sharp photos. We will reduce the size of the photo to fit the space.
2. IMPORTANT! Personal messages may be edited by the yearbook staff to fit the size of the ad (look inside for more information). Messages are only used to express encouragement, support, and pride in the student, team/organization, or school, so they need to be appropriate.
3. Please do not submit collages or cut-outs.
4. Submitting Digital Photos:
a. Save photos at a resolution of 300 dpi.
b. Files must be in .jpeg formats.
c. You may submit the pictures on CDs.
d. You may email the pictures to the Yearbook Staff at . Please put “Senior Ad Picture” in the subject line.
5. Submitting Conventional Photos: You may submit color or black and white photos (color photos will print in color). Do not print from your home computer, cut the photo into shapes, or crop the photo in any way. Do not send only copies of photos or CDs; we will not return photos/CDs.
Ad space is limited. Our staff cannot guarantee space and ads are first come, first served. You can save up to $50 by submitting your completed ad material by Friday, September 27th!!! The final deadline for turning in completed ad material is Friday, November 1st.
Late ads will not be accepted---NO EXCEPTIONS.
