IPA 2014 (Indirect management CFCU) "Support priority power
sector reforms and improve the management of companies in the
Power Sector "- Standard Twinning, beneficiary Ministry of Energy
and Industry.
The main objective of the project is to enhance and improve the institutional capacity and regulatory practice of the Albanian Energy Regulator as one of the key stakeholders for creation and development of a competitive energy sector in the country.
The project will aim to support the Albanian Energy Regulator for implementation of the third package of EU Regulations and Directives on electricity, which comply and complements with the scope of the Energy Community Treaty signed and ratified by Albania
