Youth Ministry Report / In-service being held Sept 20th in Mason City.
*Regina and Kayleigh are on the team. Archbishop has rules that will be rolled out next year. Will keep with the Chosen curriculum.
.Fr. Jim reported there will no longer be a Catholic VBS. It will be Totus Tuus.
VBS: held @ Britt w combined effort; Garner-did not have; LM-One in Christ Lutheran; BC-community wide; FC-did not have
Totus Tuus – 30 - Grades 1-6; 33 - Grades 7-12
*Could have used more volunteers for help
Registration is now open - select 3 dates
*July 9-14, June 25-30, and then 3rd choice is June 18-23. Regina will submit request. Also, there will be a limit of 80 kids in the younger grades.
*Regina has tickets. No scheduled transportation.
Catechists: BC has all grades covered
LM needs: K/1st combo
FC needs: 1st, 3rd, 5th ;
Garner needs: 4th, 7th, 9th, 11th
Britt: 7th, 8th, 9th, 11/12 Combo
*Garner will coordinate a sub list to hand out to catechists

*Kayleigh gave a summary of her goals. 1st Goal is 11/12 graders. Monday September 19, 2016 @ Forest City@ 7 pm, there is going to be an informational meeting on Youth Minstry Advisor Team (YMAT) for 9th grade and older.

For All locations – To have access to On-Line Resources (HDMI cables, adapters to connect tablets to HDMI for use w/ TV)

/ During summer encountered some issues with connectivity at Garner. Need to also check locations at Britt. This needs to be corrected before classes begin. *Regina to call and have them come fix the problem.
Additional laptops for sites. Each site: 1 for the Site Coordinator, and additional for catechists use. *Distribute at Catechists meeting
*Communications: twitter, Instagram and pinterest – Archangels Catholic Cluster-for kids, parents, and catechists
Renewed subscription; need to publicize more what is available from this site.*Cluster code and then make your own. Regina will resend email to login and place information in the bulletin.

FFC Constitution & By Laws: Review & Approve / Changes: frequency of meetings, term length, revise miscellaneous duplication of paragraphs-Review at September meeting. Cluster is updating By Laws
Future Agenda Items & Tabled Items: / *Fr. Jim will be doing Bible Study again this year. Startin 9/26/16. Mondays 6:30-8:30@ Duncan. Tuesday 6:30-8:30 @ Forest City, and Thursday 1-3 @ Garner. 23 weeks long
*Mel-9/28/16 is 40 days for Life, and 10/7/16 “VoicelessC” movie in Mason City theater. February there is an event being planned at the capital.
