Competition Rules

Eligibility

1.  Contestant must be at least seventeen (17) and have completed her junior year of high school.

2.  Contestant must not be older than twenty-four (24) on December 31, 2013,

3.  Contestant must be a citizen of the United States.

4.  Contestant must have resided in Oklahoma at least 6 months prior to August 25, 2013.

5.  Contestant must be a young lady of the highest moral character, integrity and standards.

6.  Contestant must execute the Miss Elk City/Miss Queen of the West Contestant Contract and abide by all the agreements and representations contained therein.

7.  Miss Elk City Contestants must reside within the Miss Elk City boundaries to compete in the Miss Elk City pageant. Miss Elk City is for young women residing in Elk City or within a 30 mile radius including all of Beckham and Roger Mills counties, Cordell, Leedey and Sentinel.

8.  Miss Queen of the West is OPEN STATEWIDE.
