Winning candidates who have been deemed eligible for PhD programs- XXXIII cycle (AY 2017/18) are required tosign up and log into the SOL system from October 4, 2017 to October 13, 2017 (failure to do so will result in the relinquishment of all enrolment rights), download the UTA2 form and proceed to pay the registration fee of 156,00 euros. Winning candidates are also required to submit, to the “Ufficio Dottorati, Master e Corsi post-lauream” (office in charge of PhDs, Master and Postgraduate programs) the following documentation (please note that no private communications will be sent directly to candidates):
For all enrolled students:
1. Registration form;
2. Two copies of a recent passport-sized picture of the candidate;
3. One photocopy of a currently valid identity document (on regular unstamped paper);
4. Permit of stay (only for non-EU applicants).
Only for PhD students who have been awarded a scholarship:
a) “Dichiarazione Unica di Ateneo”(DUA);
b) Receipt or Self-Declared Certificationstating that the candidate is registered in the “INPS - Iscrizione Gestione Separata” system, with regard to social security.
THE ENROLMENT APPLICATION AND PERTINENT ANNEXES MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS:
- Direct delivery to the front office (reception)atPalazzo Murena - Piazza Università, 1 - Perugia - on the following days and hours: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm;
- By registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento) to the Rector of this University at: Università degli Studi di Perugia, Palazzo Murena - Piazza Università, 1 – 06123 Perugia. For this purpose, with regard to the deadline of 13/10/2017, the date stamp of the Protocol Office will be the only accepted proof, even where the letter has been sent within the above deadline;
- Only for winning candidateswho reside abroad: email to:(Candidates will still be required to submit the original documents by postal mail immediately after).
Please note that all applications received after 13/10/2017 will be automatically excluded and, consequently,those candidateswho have failed to submit the application on timewill be denied the right to enrol.
